When a holiday falls on or before your regular pickup day, service is typically delayed by one day for the rest of that week. Our holiday schedule page lists the observed holidays and adjusted dates.

Residential service uses 65 and 95 gallon carts — pick whichever fits your household. Need a different size or an extra cart? Submit a request or call 815-288-1089. On the commercial side we offer front-load containers from 2 to 8 yards, plus roll-offs for larger projects.
Everything we collect goes to a permitted facility matched to the material: EPA-certified landfills for household waste, full-service material recovery facilities for recyclables, and certified compost facilities for organics. Nothing gets consolidated into a single stream after we pick it up.
